The Process (How We Collaborate)

1. The Microscope Phase When you click "Begin Formulation," a mandatory intake form will appear. Don't skip the details. I need to know what you’re chasing (better sleep? cycle support? mental clarity?) and what your palate craves. If you’re in a specific phase of your cycle or dealing with a particular "hormonal hurdle," tell me.

2. The Apothecary Bench Once your request hits my desk, I head to the bench. I’ll review your goals and sensitivities to select the botanical allies that fit your profile. This is where the science of naturopathy meets the art of the ritual.

3. The Tether (If Needed) If your request is complex or I feel we need to pivot a specific ingredient to better serve your goal, I’ll reach out via email. I’m not just a shop—I’m your guide. We make sure the blend is right before it leaves The Apothecary.

4. The Ritual Delivery Your custom blend is hand-mixed, packaged in a resealable bag, and shipped to your door. Each bag includes brewing instructions and The Steeping Sequence with notes on why these herbs were chosen and how they can enhance your daily routine.
