With nearly 8 years experience as a Yoga Instructor and a background as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Strategist, she’s spent nearly a decade studying how women can stop shrinking and start expanding. After years of navigating the "chaotic juggling act" of motherhood and a high-stakes fitness career, she realized that hustle culture isn't just exhausting—it's biologically unsustainable.

    THE HEART: Soluna Wellness is Melissa’s tried-and-true blueprint for women who are done running on empty. As a soon to be Holistic Health Practitioner, she helps bridge the gap between science and ritual, focusing on intentional living, intuitive nutrition, and plant-based remedies. Whether she's helping you navigate the shifts of perimenopause or the demands of a high-stress life, Melissa’s goal is to help you ditch the "shoulds" and cultivate a rhythm that honors your unique biology.

She’s spent years studying the intersection of high-stakes hustle and high-frequency harmony, making her the ultimate guide for the woman who needs to stop sprinting toward a finish line that doesn't exist.

    THE HEART: As the founder of Meagan Reed Consulting, she spends her days helping small businesses thrive—but at Soluna, her heart is rooted in the "Sweet Escape." Meagan brings her lived experience as a Christian, a mom of two, and a recovered "hustle-culture addict" to every session. She believes wellness isn’t a chore; it’s a celebration. She’s here to lead you through yoga and meditation rituals that feel less like work and more like a homecoming.
