Soluna Wellness: Terms of Service & Participation Waiver

1. The Sanctuary Rules

By completing your purchase or RSVP at Soluna Wellness—whether for The Journey membership, a single Forge Guest Pass, a 1:1 Waypoint, or a botanical creation from The Apothecary—you agree to the following terms. You are choosing to move and heal with intention.

2. Participation Waiver & Liability Release

All movement and fitness instruction is designed for calibration and structural integrity.

  • Your Body, Your Responsibility: You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that prevents your participation. If a movement feels forced, you agree to modify or stop. You assume all risks associated with physical activity, including remote/virtual participation via The Forge or The Vault.

  • The Calibration Rule: I am your guide, but you are the expert on your own body. These sessions are for wellness and education and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Liability Release: You voluntarily waive and release Melissa Weiss and Soluna Wellness LLC from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of your participation.

3. Privacy & Media Policy

We believe in the power of collective movement. By participating in live virtual workshops like The Forge, you acknowledge that these sessions may be recorded for our member library and promotional use.

  • Media Consent: You grant Soluna Wellness the right to use video captures or screenshots in marketing materials to showcase the "Strength in Motion" of our community.

  • The Opt-Out Clause: We respect your sanctuary. You may keep your camera off during sessions. If you wish to participate with your camera on but want to opt out of promotional use, you must submit a written request to info@solunabalancedwellness.com

4. Apothecary Return & Refund Policy

Our botanical offerings are handcrafted in small batches with intention.

  • Final Sale: Due to the personal and sanitary nature of The Apothecary products (teas, oils, steamers), all sales are final.

  • Results Disclaimer: Soluna Wellness cannot guarantee "personal success" or specific outcomes, as every body is unique. We recommend patch testing and consulting a healthcare provider before starting new herbal regimens.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

  • Digital/Service Products: The Journey, Forge Guest Passes, and Waypoint sessions are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

5. Professional Boundaries

You acknowledge that results depend on your consistency and presence. We provide the precision and the space; you provide the effort.
