Pull up a chair.

This is our gathering space—the place where we’ll meet face-to-face to trade stories, recalibrate, and find our collective footing.

Since we’re a sisterhood of women with all kinds of schedules and responsibilities, I want to make sure these meetings actually fit into your reality. I’ll be polling the group shortly to find a day and time that works best for the most of us. Once the tally is in, I’ll post our full summer schedule right here on this page.

If life gets in the way and you can’t make it live, don’t sweat it. Every session will be recorded and posted to our library. You can catch up whenever you find that rare window of peace—whether it’s with your morning coffee or after the "mom rush" has finally settled for the night.

Also, don’t forget to prepare by gathering up your Summer Provisions. This page is where you’ll find your monthly tracking sheets, journal reflection prompts, recipes, and other various tidbits to help keep you in the rhythm all summer.

Live Sessions | June

Welcome to your starting line. Before we build any momentum this summer, we have to know exactly what kind of foundation we are standing on. In this kickoff session, we strip away the pressure of over-ambitious summer goals, drop the filters, and define a sustainable baseline that actually honors your life.

📋 What to Have Handy:

Your journal and a pen

A quiet, grounded space where you can fully sink in.

Live Sessions | June

🫁 Belly Breathing vs. Diaphragmatic Breathing

Before diving into your daily resets, watch this quick breakdown of passive "belly ballooning" versus true, 360-degree diaphragmatic rib expansion. Use this to visually map your structure so you can drop your physical armor and get a clean nervous system downshift every time you breathe.

Welcome back to the mat. In this live session, we strip away the noise and focus on the bedrock of your practice: skeletal alignment and deep, intentional breathwork. This is about finding your anchor, testing your pace, and noticing how your system responds when you intentionally slow things down.

A yoga block or firm pillow for support.

Welcome to a continuous, fluid mobility flow designed to build steady pacing from the inside out. Instead of holding stiff positions, we use rhythmic transitions to turn physical movement into a deep meditation. It’s supportive, it’s grounding, and it’s a beautiful reminder of how capable your body is when you stop forcing it into rigid expectations. Take a deep breath, leave the stiffness at the door, and let’s move.

What You Need For This Practice

~ A Yoga Mat (or a comfortable, non-slip surface)
~ A Blanket or Towel (highly recommended for extra knee and joint cushioning)
~ 2 Yoga Blocks

💡 No blocks? No excuses. You don't need fancy gear to take care of yourself. Grab a couple of these sturdy household items instead:
~ Two thick, hardcover books (wrap a rubber band around them so they don’t slip)
~ Two sturdy, unopened pantry boxes
~ A pair of firm, tightly rolled-up bath towels
